Todo genial. Las habitaciones amolias y camas comodas. Amplío salon y cocina. La zona es tranquila sin ruidos.

Un poco de frio en el apartamento, hecho en falta que tengan calefacción o aire acondicionado. Pero estubo muy bien.

Regular no pongo muy bueno por dos hechos q nos pasaron

Escogimos una suite con dos habitaciones q tenía cada una su baño. La habitación Master la cama era de dos plazas (pensé q era un poco más grande) y con mi esposo entramos justo. La limpieza diaria fue lo mejor. Y la amabilidad del personal. Nos gustó q al frente había una pizzería y cerca una taqueria muy buena!

A pesar de haber insistido con el check in dos horas antes de las 3 pm no lo pudimos tener llegamos cansadísimos y tuvimos q dejar la maletas en una bodega para salir a Coyoacán directo, mala nuestra! Había también hecho el arreglo para q nos recojan en el aeropuerto con una tarifa cotizada previamente y aceptada pero resulta q un día antes de viajar cuando pedí q me envíen los datos del chofer q nos iba a recoger al aeropuerto, nos subieron la tarifa previamente acordada dando una disculpa diciendo q lo q nos habían pasado de precio no era porque íbamos 5 personas (las cuales desde el inicio de la cotización lo envie) y la tarifa subía a más del 50%. Me pareció terrible el señor conductor se disculpaba del hecho pero q las tarifas eran lo q él me decía en ese momento. No acepté lo q me dijeron y llegué por mi cuenta. Al otro día del viaje una señorita del Hotel amablemente me contactó y me dijo q había sido un error haberle subido la tarifa q lo q nos habían enviado al inicio era lo q debíamos pagar. Pero ya había contratado con otra compañía q nos lleven al hotel.

A comfortable and refreshing stay in a prime location with great service.

The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and parks. Staff was friendly and attentive, and the green wall and open design made the space feel fresh and relaxing.

The Wi-Fi connection was sometimes inconsistent.

Great for World Trade Centre

Great location for World Trade Centre. Friendly staff. Big suite. Good wifi. Nice area with plenty of cafes and restaurants. Natural green wall outside balcony brings a touch of nature.

The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were lumpy. It didn't personally bother me, but the green wall is filled with birds' nests and be prepared for chirping from 5am onwards.

Excellent Location and large size rooms

The hotel location is superb. Everything is close by: coffee shops, restaurants and groceries. Our room was super spacious and the facilities are well maintained. It has its own parking lot. So you can go from your car to your apartment safely.

I think the American breakfast they serve is basic (yogurt, slices of bread, apples and bananas). I think without much spending they could improve the customer experience. I did not care too much about this because each apartment has a full size fridge and stove. So you can store your favorite yogurt brands, prepare eggs, have tons of local fruits etc since a decent size grocery store is only two blocks away.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff at great location!

The rooms are old and old fashioned but very, very spacious and clean (thank you, Irene! ️). The water is hot. The rooftop is generous and quiet. The staff is super friendly. The location is good. It is surrounded by a nice park where people make sports, cafes, shops etc.

There is no airconditionning or heating. We were there in December so it was a bit cold. Somebody was smoking on the balcony every day and night and we had this smell in our room which was supper annoying. The breakfast is quite underwealming. The kitchen is not well equipped. The rooms have carpet which is not very hygienic and there was a smell in the room that was annoying.

Feel like home in Pensylvannia Suites

Everything, Rooms, location, all the building is clean and the decoration very modern and contempo. LOFT room is perfect to feel comfort and like home. All the staff is warm, kind and very nice in customer service. Great team !!!

All was good for us... I haven't any complain. I just suggest a couple of extra warm blankets specially in auttum and winter time.

We’ve been staying here for years. Impeccably clean. Lovely apartments.

Larger cups and glasses in the kitchen would be appreciated. Bed pillows are uncomfortable. The staff tries to be accommodating, but there are only one type of pillows available.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. Someone was always cleaning something. Security guard on duty

Breakfast was just okay. While coffee is fresh ground, the beans tasted pretty old. Expect the same thing every day for breakfast - cold cereal, selection of breads/pastries, waffles, yogurt, banana, apple, turkey, and cheese.

I didn't like that there is no AC however the windows are a big size so there is ventilation only this is you have to deal with the noise from the outside

It's good and do hope to stay here again

It's really a good place to stay and get relaxed, with a big table in the suite, we can have dinner together, and had a lot of fun here, really enjoyed. Staffs are warm hearted and helped me with my delivery, however, do hope they can speak english better then we can communicate better.

breakfast is not as good as I hope, only bread and ham.
